"In This Place" is about a young woman trying to find her place in an increasingly globalized world and the effects of globalization on the individual and family life. |
| Jane moves back home to help discover herself as an artist, only to be left alone as each of her family members announces their departure. With each of them retreated to different corners of the globe, Jane uses her imagination to escape the loneliness and isolation she feels and in so doing discovers what she ultimately wants: a stronger connection with her family. | |||||
